Dosa Bawarchi

Should go for the dosa buffet. The non-veg items are pretty good. Curd rice and fruit custard were delightful as well. Didn't have a great experience when ordering of a menu.

Most dishes were prepared with good taste and quantity. Restaurant server were efficient and welcoming. Biryani was good, and chicken lollipop was amazing. We have been there many times.

Decent Food.. They call it Dosa Bawarchi, but during the buffet, only plain dosas are provided. I had expected variety..

We came here for dinner after a long night of working. I asked the server to just bring me food that they would order. He was very thorough with his questions about my tolerance to spices and heat. I enjoyed the meal, service and value for the portions and authenticity. I recommend this place if you like authentic Dosa cuisine.

Nice variety of Dosas. For vegetarians this is the best place to eat. Biryani and other dishes are also good. Most of the dishes are south indian.

***Permanently closed *** I'm sad to see that this good restaurant is permanently closed. Was lucky to see owner sardarji on last day when I gone for dinner but that was last day of closure. I came back disappointed.... No more good biryani :-(. My earlier comments Chicken Biryani and Vijaywada Biryani are too good. We keep coming back for this only. Go on weekday evening for less rush. Don't judge Biryani with buffet menu. You need to eat in evening by order.

They have a Thursday night Tiffin's buffet, which is pretty good.

Unlimited buffet. Awesome vegetarian and non vegetarian options.

When they cook food freshly .. It will be very tasty Place to avoid in summer .. No ACWill be too hot

We came here a couple of times - food is OK, but the atmosphere is what really caught my attention. If you don't look out the window, you feel you could really be in a restaurant in south India. I would recommend Madras Cafe on El Camino Real if you're looking for really top South Indian food though.

I have visited place especially for dinner buffet. Food is really good. You get many varieties in chutney.

The afternoon buffet here has a lot of variety. Do not miss out on the appam they serve for lunch. As well as unlimited dosas. For dinner do try paneer biriyani as well as fried idly.

I dunno about many items on their menu, but their chilli idli and paneer biryani are to die for.. Especially for spicy food lovers!

Verbal assurance from staff that all the meat is Halal. I tried the chicken 65 (pretty good), the Masala dosa (also pretty good) and Yogurt rice (good). The Masala dosa comes in a very large triangular shape, which is a little bit different from most places, but still tasted the same:)! The chicken 65 was spicy, but good. The yogurt rice was interesting. Much more mushy than what I was expecting but still tasted good. Plenty of seating inside. Service was a little on the slow side, but it was a Friday night, so they were pretty busy.

The food is amazing. Definitely visiting again. Country chicken biryani which is served only on weekends is really great. From my experience, I can say that all the rice items will be good. I haven't tried other items like Dosa & naans with curries. Surely I'll try next time. The whole time the Telugu music that they played was refreshing. :)

I went for the lunch buffet and the food was average. Only the custard dessert and the biryani were good.

Very good service. We came in late over here and they were still very accommodating . The dose of buffet is very tasty

Love the biryani here. Its spicy so have it only if you can handle it. Never really crowded (for dinner at least) and is my go-to place on Fridays.
